Psalm 34:8.  Mark Twain once wrote; "The man who is a pessimist before 48 knows too much; after that, if he is an optimist, he knows too little."  It is not difficult for you to list all the things that make life stressful and cause you to be anxious and pessimistic.  But can you also list all the blessings and benefits you enjoy daily from the hands of a good God?
